SupaKit is operated by Beenta Technologies Limited. These terms cover your wallet, your purchases and what you can expect from us.
Your account
You need a Nigerian phone number to open an account. Keep your password and transaction PIN private; anyone with them can spend your wallet balance.
Your wallet
Your wallet holds funds you have deposited for buying airtime, data, electricity and cable TV. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
Purchases and refunds
- Prices and any fee are shown before you confirm with your PIN.
- If an order does not complete, we return the amount to your wallet automatically.
- Delivered airtime and data cannot be reversed, so check the number before you confirm.
Service availability
We depend on the networks and providers we connect to. When one is having problems we may pause purchases for it, which you can always see on our status page.
